Team Leadership: Mastering the Skill of Motivating People

Join Bent as we explore the critical challenge faced by many senior developers transitioning into leadership roles: how to motivate and inspire a team effectively.

Promoted to team leads or project managers, you suddenly find yourself responsible for leading other human beings without the proper education, coaching, or mandate. You are educated and have built your career on understanding and dealing with computers. Now, a more complex challenge arises: motivating human beings! As you grapple with this challenge, we'll explore how mastering the balance between managing tasks and understanding people can enable you to lead your team with confidence and effectiveness.
