All to often we are stuck on rigid frameworks and strict 'guidelines' when we should focus on what works and what doesn't and why. Being agnostic is about returning to the root of agile and truly unlock the potential.
There are in total 13 principles in Agnostic Agile Manifesto that Danny will cover, and especially deep dive into the 8th which is about never misleading or misrepresenting, as it turns out Agile is often misrepresented in the modern context.
About the speaker:
Danny is currently working as an Agile Coach but has a background in Game Development as both a Game Designer and Software Developer. Aside from that he has been a teacher and educator for almost every level of the Danish education system has to offer, within IT, Communication, Project management and programming, he also has published both scientific work about Horror in Computer Game Design and two fictional horror novels.
For the last 5 years Danny has been working in large corporations as both a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach. During this time he held several internal and external talks on Agile.
