About the speakers:

Darren has 30 years of experience in the IT industry, having been a developer, team manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. He is currently the interim Head of Product and Delivery with the London Borough of Hackney, where he is responsible for a team of Product Managers and Delivery Managers delivering better services for the residents of Hackney. Yes, innovation is alive and well in the public sector!

He is also a Professional Kanban Trainer with ProKanban.org, teaching organisations how to improve the flow of value through their processes, and has recently discovered a passion for visual facilitation, thanks to Charles-Louis De Maere!

Nisha started her professional journey as a Business Analyst and then progressed to leading large-scale projects and programmes across various industries.

Stumbling upon Scrum over a decade ago, and with a keen ability to rally teams and orchestrate successful change, Nisha quickly found her footing in Scrum Master and Delivery Manager roles. She's since honing her craft in servant leadership, building and coaching teams to deliver outcomes that make Gantt charts blush!

Nisha Joshi is also the co-host of the engaging podcast, "The Delivery Space". She brings a fervour for sharing authentic experiences of driving change within organisations.
