Enhancing Efficiency: Leveraging OKRs and Flow Metrics for Optimal Performance

Scaling a startup is a complex journey, often plagued by inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Our experience was no different. However, by focusing on flow metrics, we dramatically improved our operational efficiency.

Through the use of Monte Carlo Simulation, we gained a deeper understanding of our speed of delivery. This approach enabled us to identify areas for process improvement and adjust our goals to align with reality. As a result, we successfully shortened our cycle time from 106 days to 10 days or less. Here’s how we did it and the lessons we learned along the way.
