Concurrently, Jan coaches Product Owners to enhance their product management skills, he coordinates several Communities of Practice for Product Owners and he consults on product strategy.

As a Trainer, Jan designs and delivers advanced training sessions for Product Owners, he teaches Start-up Strategy and Design Thinking at a university college in Antwerp and he is a certified trainer for Training From the Back of the Room.

Throughout the years Jan gained diverse experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst , garbage collector and even as a local police officer, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
