Humane agility with Team Topologies

Organizations seeking true agility should embrace the diversity of their team types. Instead of assuming all "cross-functional" teams are the same, we should encourage evolutionary interactions between different teams rather than striving for uniformity.

In this talk, we will examine common team types and interaction patterns, emphasizing the importance of managing cognitive load to support the human factor in agile environments. Participants will gain insights into organizational design that extends beyond software development teams, fostering a more collaborative and resilient agile ecosystem.

Join Radek to learn how to build humane agility and move away from thinking about organizations in a mechanistic way.
