This LEGO Cards-based workshop allows participants to experience the principles of Robotics Subsumption architecture and their application in building agile organizations interactively.
Why the Subsumption architecture? Have you ever encountered roadblocks with frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum at Scale? Are issues related to managing dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays causing headaches? It might be time to explore an innovative approach – the application of Subsumption architecture.
Join us in this workshop as we delve into the realm of building an agile organization, guided by the visionary Mike Beedle, the inventor of Enterprise Scrum and a distinguished signator of the Agile Manifesto. Mike once said, "Ideally, all hierarchy is in subsumption." But this hierarchy isn't about top-down control; it's a new way of designing organizations for enhanced agility, autonomy, and seamless collaboration.
Discover how adopting an organizational design grounded in Robotics Subsumption architecture can empower your organization to become self-managed, delivering products and services to market faster than ever before. We'll unravel the concept and unveil the remarkable benefits that await those who embrace this transformative approach.
