Meetings are essential for collaboration and decision making in any organization, yet they don't reach their full potential due to unproductive behaviors.
During this presentation we will explore some practical techniques to handle various challenging behaviors that we encounter in everyday life.
By identifying common behaviors - such as silent participants, frequent interruptions or off-topic distractions or even open conflict - we can better prepare and come up with strategies to address them.
These strategies aim to foster a more inclusive, productive and positive meeting environment where all participants can contribute.
Attendees will leave with some actionable items that they can use in their meetings, ensuring their sessions will be not only productive but also enjoyable and engaging.
