Artur Margonari
In my 10 years as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I’ve faced countless challenges. Some simple. Some tough. Some "OMG, I'm not cut out for this."
After navigating through trial and error with resilience and absorbing wisdom from amazing mentors, I've gathered lessons that have improved a lot my work and leadership (even personal life!).
In this session, I’ll share 12 extra principles that amplify how you lead and collaborate in your Agile journey.
